Please describe a typical day in the life of Brigita Brezovac.Īs I usually go to bed late, I get up around 9am and eat my breakfast. I love cooking for my friends and family. In off season I really enjoy in good food. What do you enjoy about training for competition.what do you enjoy about the 'off season'?Ībout training for competition: simply, I love to compete! And it’s a great feeling when your body is changing almost everyday. My body measurements: arm 41cm, leg 62cm. My best lifts are squat with 160kg, bench press with 110kg and dead lift 160kg. If you don’t mind would you give me some stats (best lifts and some body measurements)? Which body part is your best in your opinion? My favorite exercise in the gym is behind the neck press for shoulders and inclined bench press. What is your favorite exercise in the gym and which one you don’t like so much? During preparations I train twice per day, I have a split training and one hour of cardio per day. I always stick to the basics and do most of my training with free weights. In off season I train 5-6 times per week (no cardio, one muscle group per week). Please tell me something about your training routine (ie: how many days per week / training split /cardio, etc.) That was the highest ratification in my life. I just couldn’t believe this is really happening for a long time after the show was over because it was much more than just a dream coming true. My biggest success is definitely my first pro debut and winning the Tampa Pro show. Which contest has been your biggest success which has had the most meaning to you?

Was it a goal for you to compete in bodybuilding competitions right from the beginning or was it something that grew in your mind as time went on and you saw the progress in your body?įirst my goal was to compete in Miss Fitness category and I was dreaming to compete on Ms Fitness Olympia first. Then I lived only for karate and when included weight training I got very good results. When I was 14 years old I saw the photo of Corry Everson and I wanted to look like her. I’ve trained karate for eight years, got my black belt, I was national champion in fights and I also did some tae-kwon-do and boxing. Were you involved in sports or fitness prior to bodybuilding and how did you get started with weight training?

I have few different professions: economist, masseuse and personal trainer.
